Business Development Analyst (Colombia)

About the role

Attesa Coffee is a fast‑growing specialty green coffee sourcing start‑up based in Amsterdam. We are looking for a performance‑driven Business Development Analyst to join our Colombian team, supporting the acquisition of high‑quality coffee from producers across South and Central America.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with coffee providers to collect detailed product, pricing, and farm information.
• Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers, origins, and industry events.
• Help build and maintain relationships with green coffee suppliers in South/Central America.
• Collaborate with management and sales to gather coffee requirements and prepare offer lists and commercial documents.
• Prepare and translate marketing materials for external partner communications.
• Assist the logistics team with transport and freight communications to ensure timely shipments.
• Travel to coffee farms and origins to expand the sourcing network.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to grow in the coffee industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Based in Colombia and available to work 7 am – 3:30 pm local time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva for visual content creation.
