About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth in Colombia. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding corporate accounts, building strategic partnerships, and exploring non‑traditional B2B channels to generate sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across corporate, institutional and partner channels such as enterprises, hospitality, airlines, banks, real estate and incentive programs.
  • Build, manage and prioritize a qualified sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Create customized commercial proposals, product bundles and pricing structures based on client needs and profitability goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and senior stakeholders; lead contract and SLA negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and supply‑chain teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks; provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Track sales performance and pipeline health using CRM and internal reporting tools; prepare forecasts and business reviews.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven record of closing mid‑ to high‑value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple opportunities in parallel and demonstrate high resilience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
