About the role

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, as a Business Development Manager for the Colombian market. You will work with a dynamic team, driving business growth and building market position while developing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

Identify sales targets and opinion leaders.
Present FxPro products and services to new clients.
Conduct regular market research and identify key markets.
Develop strategies and plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients and arrange meetings.
Attend major industry events and document business development activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
Proficiency with Google apps and strong computer literacy.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and travel when required.
