About the role
D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships in Colombia. You will promote the company’s multi‑asset CFD trading solutions, build long‑term relationships, and help drive revenue growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, introducing brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
- Present D Prime’s value proposition, trading conditions, platforms and partnership programmes through meetings, webinars and demos.
- Track leads, partners and client interactions in the CRM system and ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, Support) to guarantee high service standards.
- Analyse market trends, sales statistics and assess growth opportunities.
- Travel to partner meetings, industry expos and events as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs and brokerage operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
- Willingness to travel within Colombia and internationally for business purposes.
Required skills
- Experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
