About the role
Arcitech is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for its AI‑powered SaaS platforms and custom AI/software development services. This remote, full‑time role focuses on generating new revenue from U.S. enterprise buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage new customers through outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct product demos of SaaS solutions and articulate the value of custom AI services.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM.
- Hand off closed accounts to the account‑management team for onboarding.
- Stay updated on product developments and AI market trends.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably 7+ years in a full‑cycle closing role.
- Proven track record selling SaaS products or enterprise technology services.
- Deep familiarity with the U.S. market and business buyers.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
