Business Development Manager

About the role

Regrut, an international recruitment firm, is expanding its footprint in Colombia and seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive brand presence and talent acquisition across LATAM. You will work remotely, collaborating with teams in Mexico, Montenegro, and Europe to connect high‑quality candidates with opportunities abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the Regrut brand in Colombia and the broader LATAM market.
• Source, assess, and engage high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Identify talent ready to relocate to Montenegro, Croatia, and other European destinations.
• Build relationships with universities, professional schools, and employment institutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in coordination with the European office and Latin America team.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships across Colombia and LATAM.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Mexico and Montenegro.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hospitality, construction, production, and other sectors.
• Support broader business development initiatives and uncover new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or recruitment, preferably within large‑scale hospitality, construction, or production industries.
• Strong business acumen and candidate management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the Colombian market and a passion for networking.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and remotely.
