Business Development Manager

About the role

Yellowpop is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across North America. You will identify high‑value targets, generate qualified meetings, and close multi‑location rollout programs for brands in hospitality, retail, fitness and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain named account lists of restaurant chains, retailers, hotels, fitness brands and experiential venues.
• Prospect relentlessly via phone, email, LinkedIn and creative outbound strategies.
• Generate qualified discovery meetings with operations, marketing, procurement, design and development teams.
• Translate customer needs into clear creative briefs for design and production.
• Own each opportunity from proposal through sampling, purchase orders, production, installation and expansion.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot with regular forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, ICPs and outbound campaigns.
• Help build the sales playbook for future Enterprise Account Executives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience selling physical products, branded programs or design‑led solutions to restaurant groups, retailers, hospitality brands or commercial environments.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of opening doors and closing enterprise deals.
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing go‑to‑market strategy.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Proficiency with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Clay for research, personalization and automation.
• Strong ability to create and manage detailed creative briefs and proposals.
