Business Development Representative (Healthcare)

About the role

Clínica Reina Catalina, a fourth-level healthcare institution specializing in complex surgeries and advanced treatments, is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) within its Sales / Business Development department, reporting to the VP / CMO. The role identifies and qualifies high-potential leads to drive the clinic's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads by calling, emailing and using social media, segmenting prospects according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Use automation tools and CRM platforms to manage leads
• Assess prospect needs and interest, schedule patient consultations and meetings with the medical team
• Apply consultative sales methods such as BANT, SPIN and MEDDIC to qualify leads
• Nurture prospects through email campaigns and calls, educate them on the clinic's offerings, and keep CRM data accurate
• Work with marketing to optimise demand generation, share feedback on patient objections and help create content that attracts leads
• Track campaign performance, report on activity, conversion rates and efficiency, and propose improvements to acquisition and conversion strategies

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, prospecting or business development
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services
• Results-driven mindset, able to work under metrics, with good organisation and time management

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive
• Outbound and inbound sales strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
