Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth for EX Squared LATAM. This remote position focuses on prospecting, engaging decision‑makers across multiple industries, and generating early‑funnel sales opportunities for our U.S.-based technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to prospects using email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound tactics.
• Schedule qualified meetings and create early‑funnel sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed activity and meeting quotas.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging, outreach strategy and territory targeting.
• Research accounts to pinpoint key stakeholders and tailor outreach.
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and tracking.
• Report performance metrics, insights and learnings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time (one‑hour lunch).
