Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑sufficient Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. SaaS company. The role is fully remote and focuses on end‑to‑end outbound prospecting, primarily through LinkedIn, to generate qualified meetings with digital agencies and larger enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Research and define the ideal customer profile, prospect, enrich data and conduct outreach.
• Build and nurture LinkedIn connections with decision‑makers at digital/SEO agencies and larger companies.
• Run multi‑channel sequences using LinkedIn DMs, cold email and phone calls.
• Use tools such as Lemlist, Apollo or equivalents to enrich leads.
• Qualify prospects and hand off warm meetings to the founder.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and meeting‑booking KPIs without reminders.
• Report on pipeline health, conversion rates and performance insights.
• Iterate messaging and targeting based on response data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales, BDR or outbound experience with a proven record of booking revenue‑generating meetings.
• Can walk interviewers through a documented end‑to‑end outreach process.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email enrichment tools (Lemlist, Apollo or similar) and a modern CRM.
• Strong written and verbal English for messaging and calls with U.S. agency owners.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and n8n to accelerate research and outreach.
• Self‑directed and able to design objectives and plans independently.
• Located in an EST‑timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama).
