Business Intelligence Report Designer

About the role

The Business Intelligence Report Designer will join the BI reporting team supporting over 22,000 restaurants across the Inspire Brands portfolio. Working in a hybrid setting in Bogota, you will shape data visualizations into consistent, high‑quality user experiences for brands such as Dunkin’, Arby’s, Sonic, and others.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine Power BI reports created by BI Report Developers to ensure visual excellence and usability.
• Establish reusable design templates, components, and visual standards for the reporting team.
• Collaborate with BI Developers to confirm semantic models support effective reporting.
• Maintain consistency, readability, and user‑experience across all reports delivered to restaurant operators.
• Measure success through report quality, adoption of design standards, and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Expertise in UI design with a strong eye for visual detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts.
• Fluent English communication skills.
