Campaign Management Professional

About the role

Epsilon is looking for a Campaign Management professional to join its Media Delivery Team in Bogota, Colombia, reporting to the Regional Media Delivery Director. The role covers the implementation, optimization and performance of clients' campaigns, working with Media Development, Revenue, Account Managers and Technology teams. It also involves taking on new products from scratch and analysing industry data to support measurement and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement campaigns on programmatic buying platforms
• Troubleshoot campaigns and materials, resolve technical issues and identify optimization areas
• Monitor performance daily and control investment consumption and budgets
• Collaborate with Sales teams on campaign strategy, planning and audience definition
• Analyse data, identify trends and share insights and recommendations with the team
• Help develop and optimize processes in the area
• Act as a contact point with technology and media providers
• Prepare reports for internal and external clients

Required profile

• Experience in Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations roles in digital marketing
• Experience implementing, optimizing and reporting campaigns on digital paid media platforms (programmatic preferred)
• Knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem; experience with DOOH campaigns is a plus
• Ability to handle several projects, clients and campaigns at once
• Intermediate English for business communication
• Self-motivated, collaborative and able to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Programmatic buying platforms (preferred)
• DOOH platforms and ecosystem knowledge (a plus)
• AdTech ecosystem knowledge
• Preferred: experience with DSPs, DMPs and/or ad server platforms
