Capital Sales Manager – Medical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking an experienced Capital Sales Manager to lead the adoption of its surgical robotic platform across Colombia. You will create new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders, and manage the full capital sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Colombian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and decision‑makers.
• Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high‑value medical device sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Colombia.
