Card Payment Support Analyst

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a Card Payment Support Analyst to join a client team in Bogota. This hybrid position blends business analysis, client relationship management, service delivery, and production support for card payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for change requests and enhancements.
• Support solution configuration, validation, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate delivery, testing, UAT, and release management with Delivery, Technical, Support, and QA teams.
• Manage client requests, incidents, service requests, and operational escalations while meeting SLA commitments.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and post‑go‑live production support.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, support problem management, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Participate in a 24/7 support roster, including shifts aligned with Malta and later the client’s time zone.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the card payments field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, client support, service delivery, or production support.
• Strong client‑facing communication and ability to manage expectations across multiple internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 support roster and work flexible shifts.
