About the role

The Chatting Room Operations Manager will lead the recruitment and daily management of a Colombian agency, ensuring smooth interaction between users and the platform. You will act as the primary liaison for both male and female users, driving engagement through clear communication and incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and operate a Colombian agency, addressing guild-related issues.
• Refine agency requirements and deliver related support services.
• Engage and follow up with users, maintaining high‑quality communication and implementing operational incentives.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute on‑ground activities, monitor effectiveness, and meet targets.
• Assist in competitive analysis, user research, data monitoring, and basic translation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in the entertainment industry or guild‑related environments is a plus, especially with local agency connections.
• Strong execution mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for delivering results.

Required skills
