Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

UltaHost is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to steer its financial strategy as the company expands globally. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping financial policy, managing risk, and supporting growth initiatives across the web hosting and cloud infrastructure business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long‑term vision and global expansion.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to ensure sustainability.
• Maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, funding strategies, and M&A prospects.
• Drive FP&A processes to enable data‑driven executive decisions.
• Identify financial risks and implement risk‑management frameworks.
• Oversee payment processing workflows using platforms such as Stripe, Checkout.com, and PayPal.
• Improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team and promote financial accountability across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Advanced qualifications such as MBA, CPA, CFA are highly valued.
• Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, investor relations, and scaling operations within technology, cloud, hosting or SaaS environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
