Civil Engineer: Land Development

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer specialized in land development to join our growing Cartagena office. The role supports U.S. commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed‑use projects, working closely with U.S. project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Design grading, drainage, sewer, water and storm‑drain systems.
• Perform hydrology and storm‑water calculations.
• Support permitting and entitlement processes.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based project managers and clients.
• Develop engineering reports and technical exhibits.
• Participate in project planning and problem‑solving activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–15 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land or site development.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
