About the role
We are seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency that serves medical and legal practices. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing initiatives run smoothly and deliver results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 30–50+ client accounts, acting as the main liaison.
- Lead client support and strategy calls, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams.
- Help build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows.
- Identify upsell opportunities and present them when appropriate.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams using Slack.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently.
- Self‑motivated with a long‑term growth mindset.
