Client Relations & Operations Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Client Relations & Operations Manager will support the Export Sales Department in Bogota, handling client visits, events and the day‑to‑day operation of the facility that manufactures artificial‑lift equipment for the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute client visits, including transport, meals, meeting rooms and site tours.
• Provide on‑site support for presentations, seminars and product demonstrations, coordinating equipment setup, catering and interpreters.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials, welcome packs and event documentation.
• Assist Business Development Managers with RFQs, proposals and tracking purchase orders.
• Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order picking and shipment preparation.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards and occupational‑health compliance; coordinate repairs and utilities with the landlord.
• Manage relationships with energy suppliers and resolve service disputes.
• Organise fire‑safety checks, staff training and liaison with supervisory authorities.
