Client Solutions Associate

About the role

As a Client Solutions Associate in Arches' Colombia office, you will connect U.S. clients with the right experts to support their projects. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and sourcing suitable professionals across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of client project requirements and define the ideal expert profile.
• Source and engage expert candidates using LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Screen and vet experts to ensure they match the project’s technical and seniority criteria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and experts and maintain ongoing relationships for future collaborations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree with 0‑2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with senior professionals.
• Comfortable working with U.S. clients, including early‑morning meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
• Experience using basic research tools to identify and evaluate experts.
