Client Success Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our fast‑growing ecommerce marketing agency. The role is fully remote for candidates based in LATAM and focuses on nurturing client relationships, coordinating internal teams and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check‑ins and performance updates.
• Coordinate with media buying, creative, and copy teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Monitor account health, payments and campaign milestones, surfacing issues proactively to the founders.
• Maintain clear communication channels between clients and internal teams to catch and resolve problems early.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client success or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal communication for daily client calls.
• Based in LATAM and available 12 pm–5 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp.
• Proficiency with Notion.
• Proficiency with Slack.
