Clinic Physician – Regenerative Medicine

About the role

Blue Phoenix is seeking a full‑time Clinic Physician with a strong interest in regenerative medicine to join its Medellín clinic. The role blends direct patient care, virtual consultations, and the development of personalized treatment protocols for an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in‑person medical consultations.
• Perform post‑treatment follow‑ups and continuous patient monitoring.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate on complex case reviews with senior medical staff.
• Coordinate in‑clinic procedures, including operating‑room scheduling, medication and biologic ordering, and preparation of cell‑therapy products.
• Oversee diagnostic processes such as labs, imaging, and MRIs.
• Accompany patients during procedures and recovery, ensuring clear communication with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor with a valid Colombian license (RETHUS) and habilitation to practice.
• Proven experience in clinical practice and patient management.
• Strong interest or specialization in Regenerative, Integrative, or Functional Medicine.
• High level of clinical judgment, attention to detail, and premium‑service mindset.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily interaction with international patients.
• Ability to commit fully to the role without conflicting external clinical activities.

Required skills

• Preparation and handling of cell‑therapy biologics.
• Coordination of diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing.
