Clinical Research Associate II – Beijing

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join its Clinical Solutions team in Beijing. The CRA II will support drug development projects by ensuring sites meet regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management and close‑out visits, either on‑site or remotely.
• Evaluate site performance, flag serious issues, and develop corrective action plans.
• Verify informed consent processes and protect patient confidentiality.
• Conduct source document review and assess protocol deviations, pharmacovigilance concerns, and data integrity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP), relevant regulations and company SOPs.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical monitoring or site management within pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and GCP compliance.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to project teams and investigators.
