Collaboration Engineer

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to join its Colombian team. You will support innovative projects across industries, handling escalations, providing ad‑hoc training, mentoring colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalations related to collaboration services.
• Deliver ad‑hoc training sessions for internal teams.
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices.
• Participate in stakeholder calls and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration.

Required skills

• Call routing troubleshooting and scenario analysis.
• Database and Single Sign‑On (SSO) integration.
• Knowledge of ILS, GDPR, ITL, and CTL concepts.
• Experience with Expressway, MRA/MVA, and LDAP integration.
• RTMT trace analysis.
• Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD) expertise.
