Commercial Compute Category Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for product line management and contributes to defining business plans and growth strategies for the CACEUPY region, which includes Central America, the Caribbean, Ecuador, Venezuela, Uruguay, and Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute category business plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and finance teams for seamless plan execution.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying improvement areas.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Build senior‑level relationships with the sales force and external partners.
• Manage product line quota for a significant share of the portfolio.
• Participate in partnership engagements with external IT vendors.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑7 years of experience in category management, P&L management or a related discipline.
