Commercial Legal Counsel – Remote

About the role

Support high‑volume review of enterprise client contracts for a fast‑moving, AI‑driven technology business. Work with checklists and senior counsel to keep deals moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs) quickly and accurately.
• Assess contract risk, identify deviations in liability, IP, payment, termination, audit, insurance and provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Security and Privacy to remove signature blockers.
• Design and improve review processes using triage criteria, escalation paths, trackers and reporting in JIRA and Confluence.

Required profile

• Law degree and qualification as a lawyer.
• Experience as contract legal counsel with US commercial agreements.
• Background in law‑firm contract counsel or corporate legal counsel roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
