Communications Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Communications Operations Senior Specialist to join our Global Communications team. The role acts as the operational engine behind all communications initiatives, ensuring projects, assets, and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake, tracking, and assignment of communications requests using Trello.
• Draft first versions of internal and external communications assets (emails, intranet posts, banners, press releases) based on approved frameworks.
• Support C‑suite and senior leadership communications, including formatting and distribution via Poppulo.
• Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites, handling layout, content organization, and branding.
• Coordinate Town Hall logistics, from calendar invites to live‑stream setup and post‑event follow‑up.
• Design branded digital assets (graphics, banner ads, templates) using Canva and other tools.
• Edit and produce short‑form videos and podcasts for internal campaigns.
• Operate within defined SLAs, track workflow progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics across email, intranet, and video channels and produce monthly engagement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, project management, or communications operations.
• Strong English writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
