Community Manager – Multi‑Brand Digital Growth

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to lead and grow digital communities across several brands and startups. The role blends strategic planning, visual storytelling, content coordination, and KPI analysis to ensure a cohesive online presence that supports each brand’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands simultaneously, covering platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Plan, organize, and execute strategic content calendars aligned with brand positioning.
• Develop organic growth strategies focused on engagement, reach, and community building.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs, producing performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate content publishing, ensuring visual and brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content.
• Provide creative direction, monitor viral trends, and adapt content formats to platform dynamics.
• Write engaging copy that reflects each brand’s tone and positioning.
• Manage community interactions, responding to messages and comments professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community or social media management.
• Background working with startups or fast‑growing lifestyle, hospitality, real‑estate, or digital brands.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics, KPI tracking, and digital aesthetics.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle 4–5 active brands simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strategic, creative, and growth‑oriented mindset.
