Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

As a Concierge you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to hospitality. You will assist with a wide range of requests, from dining reservations to special services, ensuring each stay is personalized and exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, tours, events, and local attractions.
• Coordinate personalized services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other special needs.
• Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel amenities and programs by sharing marketing materials.
