Content Marketing Specialist - SEO / AEO

About the role

Devsu is looking for a seasoned Content Marketing Specialist to own and scale its content engine. You will design research‑backed programs, drive SEO and AI‑driven answer engine visibility, and turn an engaged audience into a qualified pipeline for our fintech and financial‑services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute original, research‑driven content, including an annual industry survey turned into a flagship report and derivative assets.
• Develop and manage end‑to‑end SEO and AEO strategies using Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and schema/structured‑data tools.
• Write high‑conversion website, landing‑page, and email copy across WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS.
• Build and nurture organic social communities on LinkedIn, Reddit, and niche platforms; coordinate paid social with the media specialist.
• Leverage AI content tools for rapid, high‑quality output while maintaining a rigorous human‑in‑the‑loop fact‑checking process.
• Track performance in GA4, set content priorities, and report on KPIs such as organic visibility, answer‑engine citations, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Excellent English writing (C1/C2) with a portfolio of published B2B or technical content.
• 4+ years of content marketing experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Strong, current SEO expertise (technical and on‑page) and hands‑on experience with Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Demonstrated ability to earn citations in AI answer engines (AEO) with concrete examples.
• Proficient use of AI content tools, combined with disciplined fact‑checking and editing.
• Analytics fluency in GA4 and Google Search Console, and ability to link content performance to funnel outcomes.
