Content Social Media Specialist

About the role

Zubale is a technology company that helps retailers succeed in eCommerce, serving clients across Latin America and Argentina through its Flexifleet marketplace and Consumer Connect WhatsApp commerce tool. It is looking for a Content Social Media Specialist focused on content creation and copywriting for its social media platforms, covering Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and others.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop content strategies for social media channels aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
• Write engaging copy for posts, stories, scripts and other formats.
• Apply SEO best practices in copywriting (keywords, metadata, hashtags, descriptions).
• Collaborate with the design team so content is visually supported and follows brand guidelines.
• Monitor content performance with social metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and audience preferences.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
• Strong portfolio or examples of social media campaigns and content.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage several content projects under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimize content.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles applied to social media and content distribution.
• Preferred: experience in content strategy or editorial planning, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and knowledge of branding and marketing principles.

This is a fixed-term contract position created to cover a temporary absence; the estimated duration and terms will be shared during the selection process.
