About the role
Prysmian is looking for an Order and Contract Management professional based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role provides support to internal and external clients and ensures full compliance with customer requirements. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing the sales order cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate meetings with different departments to ensure the proper flow of purchase orders.
- Prepare required reports on area management and processes and present them when requested.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and internal areas to guarantee smooth order processing.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and area reports.
- Receive, validate and process customer purchase orders accurately.
- Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies and DOA.
- Monitor and manage the backlog.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Intermediate English level; knowledge of auditing and the electrical sector is mentioned.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
