Contracting Manager – Colombia, Chile, Peru

About the role

The Contracting Manager will lead the development and management of hotel resources across Colombia, Chile and Peru. Working closely with hotels, travel agencies and corporate clients, you will secure competitive pricing and drive B2B and group booking revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard star‑rated hotels, resorts and other accommodation partners, negotiate direct procurement contracts and build a tiered resource matrix.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key hotel partners, regularly review performance, optimise the resource portfolio and ensure availability and price competitiveness.
• Design and execute B2B sales strategies for hotel inventory, collaborate with travel agencies and corporate accounts, and achieve purchase volume and profit margin targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B experience in the hospitality or tourism sector, preferably with hotel resource management.
• Fluency in English or Spanish for business negotiations and contract communication.
• Proven ability to negotiate direct hotel procurement contracts and secure low‑cost channels.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and group‑booking operations, with a focus on tailoring solutions to client needs.
