About the role

Cargill is seeking a Process Coordinator to lead activities across its food production facility in Villagorgona. The role involves operating and maintaining mechanical equipment, supporting production teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform lead activities and operate a variety of production equipment.
• Backfill other areas as needed to meet production goals.
• Support colleagues in learning operating procedures and suggest improvements.
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting efforts throughout the plant.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Ability to lead and train other operators.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the plant as needed.
