Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching to ready Executive Assistants for placement.
• Develop and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance, and effective cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations that scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching or a related field.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a proactive, high‑ownership mindset.
• Ability to analyse data, surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
