Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower talent with AI‑driven tools and coaching techniques, ensuring they are ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align staffing, onboarding, and performance metrics, handling high‑volume cross‑functional communication.
• Integrate AI and automation tools into training workflows, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations that scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong engagement skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to use data for insights and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
