About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting and in‑store events.
- Manage financial plans, resources and performance metrics to meet sales and service objectives.
- Lead, mentor and hold the team accountable while fostering a high‑performing culture.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Computerised retail systems (including email)
