Country Manager – Colombia

About the role

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding our business in Colombia. Reporting to regional leadership, you will develop a country strategy aligned with LATAM priorities, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure full compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Colombia business strategy, including market entry, expansion and product localization.
• Own the P&L for Colombia, set revenue, margin and growth targets and deliver against them.
• Build and lead a cross‑functional local team (sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, legal, HR).
• Identify market opportunities, lead partnerships, M&A initiatives and go‑to‑market plans.
• Ensure compliance with tax, employment, data‑privacy and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and manage key enterprise contracts.
• Optimize operational processes, supply‑chain and resource allocation.
• Represent the company with government, industry associations, investors and media.
• Recruit, mentor and develop senior talent, fostering an inclusive high‑performance culture.
• Report KPIs, risks and opportunities to executive leadership and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience with progressive P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of scaling business operations in Colombia.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales, partnerships and go‑to‑market execution.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and multi‑stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; Portuguese a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
