Country Manager – Colombia

About the role

Net2Source is seeking a Country Manager to lead its expansion in Colombia. The role combines strategic business development, operational oversight and compliance with local labour regulations to build a high‑performing workforce solutions practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale Net2Source’s overall business operations in Colombia.
• Own full P&L, financial planning, revenue forecasting and growth strategy.
• Expand service offerings across Contingent Staffing, RPO, SOW, Payroll and Near‑shore delivery.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Colombian employment laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Hire, mentor and develop sales, delivery and operations teams.
• Drive enterprise‑level client acquisition, retention and long‑term account growth.
• Represent Net2Source at industry events, associations and business forums.
• Align Colombia’s strategy with LATAM and global leadership objectives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles in staffing, operations or business management.
• 7+ years of proven success in the Workforce Solutions industry (Contingent, RPO, SOW, MSP, Payroll).
• Demonstrated experience managing country‑level P&L, budgets and operational KPIs.
• Based in Colombia with deep market knowledge and an established professional network.
• Strong understanding of Colombian labour law, employment compliance and payroll regulations.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in Business English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and provide strong leadership presence.
