Creative Designer

About the role

The Creative Designer will craft high‑quality print and digital assets for Publicis Global Delivery, ensuring technical precision, brand consistency, and production readiness. The role is primarily focused on print design while also supporting digital deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print (≈70%) and digital (≈30%) assets.
• Prepare print‑ready files, managing resolution, colour, bleeds, dielines and specifications.
• Conduct QA/QC and technical validation of artwork before hand‑off.
• Handle large volumes of files with accuracy, maintaining version control and template libraries.
• Collaborate with creative teams, production staff and external vendors.
• Troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Organise and archive files to ensure easy retrieval.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on print and pre‑press.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high workloads.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
