Creative Designer

About the role

Cobre, Latin America’s leading instant B2B payments platform, is looking for a Creative Designer to shape visual communication across its digital products and marketing channels. You will translate brand values into compelling graphics, illustrations, videos and animations that help promote the company’s innovative financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and dynamic visual assets such as graphics, banners, infographics, videos and animations that align with Cobre’s brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to understand business objectives and produce content that supports them.
• Maintain and update visual content on Cobre’s website and other digital platforms.
• Stay current with design trends and apply them to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Generate creative ideas and proposals to enhance visual presence and audience impact.
• Organise and manage the library of visual assets, ensuring it remains up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic or creative designer, preferably in a digital agency or tech‑driven environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or ability to learn its operation quickly.
• Understanding of recording techniques, framing, composition and the ability to capture high‑quality images and video.
• Fundamental skills in video editing and post‑production.
