Creative Director – Design Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Director to shape the visual and creative direction of a leading multinational technology brand in the smartphone and smart‑device market. Based in Bogotá, you will lead a multidisciplinary design team and oversee advertising projects across owned and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define, protect, and evolve the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints.
• Lead and develop a design team covering graphic, photography, video, and motion disciplines.
• Direct the creation of advertising campaigns for TV, social media, digital and other formats.
• Oversee audiovisual production to ensure professional quality standards.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, coordinating with various business areas.
• Identify trends and drive innovation in creative processes and formats.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading creative or design teams.
• Preferably previous experience as a Creative Director in a multinational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• High‑level portfolio demonstrating large‑scale advertising campaigns.
• Conversational English.
