Creative Marketing & AI Specialist

About the role

elev8 is seeking a Creative Marketing & AI Specialist to lead the strategy, design, and technical execution of websites and landing pages for behavioral health treatment centers. You will blend marketing insight, creative design, and AI‑driven technology to deliver high‑converting digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end website and landing‑page projects, from data extraction to live deployment.
• Migrate existing client sites into elev8’s AI tech stack and build new digital presences from scratch.
• Develop keyword, architecture, and conversion strategies based on analytics tools.
• Produce polished visual assets that follow brand guidelines across social, display, video, and paid‑media formats.
• Conduct comprehensive audits using Google Ads, Search Console, Semrush, CallTrackingMetrics, Microsoft Clarity, ClickUp, and client meeting notes.
• Deliver at least one full website migration and a set of paid‑media landing pages within the first 90 days.

Required profile

• Marketing mindset with strategic thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Technologically savvy, able to operate across multiple platforms without heavy hand‑holding.
• Independent executor who can synthesize client briefs and drive projects to completion.
