Creative Operations Senior Analyst (Creative PM)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Operations Senior Analyst (Creative PM) to act as the strategic hub between business strategy, creative execution, and operational performance across LATAM. Based in Bogotá, you will oversee the Design Hub’s workflow, ensure briefs are clear, protect the team from burnout, and use modern tools and AI to streamline production.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of review for incoming campaign requests, challenging under‑defined briefs and ensuring strategic alignment before production.
• Manage design operations for In‑App, Paid Media, and Out‑Of‑Home campaign adaptations across LATAM.
• Coordinate with over 30 cross‑functional stakeholders, set firm timeline limits, and diplomatically handle last‑minute requests.
• Identify production bottlenecks, streamline approval loops, and leverage AI and automation to simplify repetitive tasks.
• Monitor design team workload, balance assignments, and prevent burnout.
• Track operational metrics (turnaround speed, revision rates, volume) and build dashboards to recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years total professional experience, with 3–4 years as a Project Manager or Operations Lead in a creative team or agency.
• Background in a fast‑paced advertising agency, media production agency, or tech/in‑house marketing environment.
• Hands‑on proficiency with project‑management platforms such as Asana or Jira.
• Exceptional resilience under pressure, assertive communication, high emotional intelligence, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of design principles, branding, and multi‑channel campaign strategy.
• Location: based in Bogotá, Colombia.
