Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative across Meta and TikTok. This fully remote position focuses on acquiring new customers for DTC e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies on Meta and TikTok to drive acquisition.
• Oversee end‑to‑end creative workflows, including meetings, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Conceptualize and deliver new creative concepts based on customer research, brand positioning, and product strategy.
• Translate channel insights and performance data into iterative, high‑performing creative assets.
• Write UGC scripts, brief designers and editors, and craft ad copy.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social Director to align creative output with acquisition targets.
• Produce weekly performance reports and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• C1+ English proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy with a paid‑social focus.
• Proven track record of driving KPI growth for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Experience managing full creative workflows from concept to iteration.
• Strong understanding of modular creative frameworks (hook → body → CTA).
• Ability to turn product, brand, and data insights into effective creative concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive problem‑solving.
