About the role
The Customer Care Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between customers, service engineers, and internal teams within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This position ensures smooth daily support operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards while contributing to high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, register service requests, and coordinate with technical and field service teams.
- Manage service engineers’ schedules to optimize resource allocation and coverage.
- Oversee loaner equipment allocation, returns, and temporary export processes.
- Control preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Process spare‑part discounts, purchase requests, and follow‑up for service operations.
- Issue and manage fiscal documents related to equipment and tools movement.
- Support accurate and timely service invoicing and generate service quotations.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and adhere to compliance standards.
- Experience in coordinating service operations or logistics is preferred.
