About the role
Hostaway is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its fully remote team serving the LATAM region. You will guide new clients through the first stages of their journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto Hostaway’s AI‑powered vacation‑rental platform and setting them up for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Implement onboarding processes for new customers, delivering tailored training sessions and product demos.
- Create bilingual onboarding materials in Spanish and English.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with sales and customer‑success teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor onboarding metrics and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers during onboarding.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within a SaaS environment.
- C2‑level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume onboarding projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
- Adaptability to new technologies in a fast‑paced setting.
