Customer Retention Representative

About the role

As a Customer Retention Representative you will re‑engage inactive users of a leading cryptocurrency kiosk platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning dormant customers into active, loyal users through phone and SMS outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls and send SMS messages to inactive customers.
• Analyze customer data to prioritize prospects based on revenue potential and inactivity patterns.
• Explain platform benefits, crypto products and value‑added services in clear, relatable language.
• Handle objections and competing offers with empathy and a solutions‑first approach.
• Use promotions, discount codes and incentive programs to create urgency and close re‑engagement conversations.
• Log all outreach activity and outcomes accurately in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative selling or customer retention, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/retention targets.
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills across diverse customer profiles.
• Ability to simplify complex cryptocurrency concepts for everyday consumers.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
