About the role
Join TaskUs as an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative, handling inbound and outbound calls, email and live‑chat inquiries for fast‑growing tech clients.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
- Provide accurate, timely responses via email and live‑chat.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow client quality guidelines.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
- Full‑time availability (48 hours per week).
- Residence in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
Required skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
