Customer Success Consultant

About the role

Hotmart is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to develop strategies for clients in the North American market. As an Account Manager you will manage, grow, support, retain and develop our clients on the Hotmart platform.

Key responsibilities

• Improve revenue and retention of assigned clients by implementing online sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage communication with clients at all organizational levels, building positive relationships both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Analyze client problems and needs to create win‑win negotiation arguments.
• Develop monthly forecasts and weekly revenue reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, implement and manage sales planning and forecast processes.
• Identify opportunities with content creators to optimize and grow engagement with Hotmart tools.
• Deliver sales presentations, handle objections and close client contracts.
• Educate customers on product updates and advise on best platform usage.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical or business issues and monitor accounts for growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Customer Success Consultant or similar sales role.
• Previous experience in digital markets, SaaS or digital marketing agencies is a plus.
• Based in Bogota with a hybrid work model (three days in office).
• Fluent Spanish and advanced conversational English (B2+).
• High empathy, customer‑oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client meetings.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
